Note on Unlimited Access

The Publisher plan removes slot limits entirely: unlimited games, demos, DLC entries, and Community Hub posts, so you can run your whole catalogue from one account.

"Unlimited" is meant for genuine, active use by your own studio, and it is subject to our Terms of Use. Those terms do not permit, among other things:

• Sharing your login, or giving account access to anyone outside your studio. User seats exist so each teammate has their own sign-in.
• Reselling your access, or using the platform to run publishing or marketing services for unrelated clients. The plan covers your studio's own releases, not a third-party agency.
• Automated or programmatic use, such as scripting the platform or extracting data in bulk.

We monitor for misuse and keep improving how we do it. Occasionally that can mean a temporary limit on an account while we review it. If that happens we will let you know, and if you believe it is a mistake, contact support and we will look into it. Where we find no breach of these terms, full access is restored straight away.
